Operate a break glass call point immediately

Call 999 and notify Reception if safe to do so or call 020 3735 3771
Ensure your call is acknowledged and understood 

Use extinguishers provided if it is safe to do so. Do not take risks. 

ON HEARING THE EVACUATE SIGNAL 

CONTINUOUS ALARM SOUNDING

Leave the building immediately using the nearest safe exit

Disperse with your studio/office group. Close all doors behind you 

Walk 15 minutes away from the building.

Group leaders will be contacted once reception gives all clear.

DO NOT RETURN TO THE BUILDING UNTIL AUTHORISED

Know the escape routes from the building

Be familiar with the emergency procedures 

Ensure that exits and staircases remain clear and unobstructed 

Contact Reception to make a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan 

if you cannot promptly evacuate the building unaided in an emergency.
