Please note that health and safety measures are in place to protect our customers, artists and staff from Covid-19. We will update these in accordance with guidance from the Government and local health authorities.

 

Booking restrictions

We ask customers to book in households or support bubbles. Currently customers are only allowed to book in a group of six. 

 

2 metre social distancing

We ask customers to maintain a 2 metre distance to people outside of their household or support bubble where possible. This includes queuing to get into the venue, where a 2 metre distance is marked in black tape. This also includes inside the venue where rows of chairs are spaced apart.

 

Signing in using Test and Trace

We ask customers to check in with the Test and Trace app at the door on their arrival. If customers do not own a smart phone to scan the app, we will take a name and contact details to ensure we can notify if somebody tests positive.

 

Using hand sanitiser

We will ask staff and customers to use hand sanitiser on entering the building. Hand sanitiser stations will be situated around the building.

 

Wearing face masks

We will ask staff and customers to wear masks at all times when walking or sitting in the venue. The exception to this is when eating or drinking.

 

Using an app to order your drink

We invite customers to to order their drinks via our web-based app - no need to download! This will help reduce congestion in the bar area. Access the app here.


We invite customers who are not able to use this service to queue socially distanced at the bar or alternatively, a staff member will take their order (these options are dependent on the exact nature of the event).

One Way systems

We ask all building users to adhere to the one way systems that are in place around the building and are marked in black arrows on the floor.

Reduced capacity

All events in the main theatre space and studios will open at reduced capacity. The maximum capacity will vary depending on the nature of the event.

The layout of the venue will change dependent on the exact nature of the event you attend but may be distanced tables set out cabaret style or theatre style seating with groups spaced out.

 

One in, one out in our toilets

We will only allow a maximum of one person in each of our toilets at a time, with the exception of children or vulnerable people who require assistance.
