Theatre Delicatessen exists to support artists in the creation of the work and the development of their practice. Our 2020 season will be focused on themes of climate change and new technology and exploring where these twin forces collide in human experience. We're inviting artists to respond to these themes and share their works in progress.
We encourage everyone to apply, all donations will be split directly between the artists involved. Audience members will be given the opportunity to provide feedback on all the acts, which will be collected and sent to the artists after the show.
In 2020 we’re running two regular Scratch events in Sheffield: Meze Mix for adults and ‘Hop, Skip, Jump!’ for children and families. Both these events are PWYD (Pay What You Decide) with a recommended donation of £5.
Meze Mix
Performance slots at our Meze Mix Scratch Night can be any length up to 30 minutes. We will showcase four performers at each event, which will take place at 7:45pm on the following dates:

Hop, Skip, Jump!
This scratch event is for acts aimed at children and their families and performance slots are up to 20 minutes long. Each event will showcase four performers and will take place at 2pm on the following dates:
