For over five years at Broadgate, Theatre Deli welcomed hundreds of artists and city workers and residents every day to work, play, make, experiment, network, create, eat, drink, develop, and be part of a creative community.

Spread over two floors and over 23,000 square feet, the creative hub comprised:

• 9 dedicated rehearsal studios, offered to artists at minimum cost

• 2 performance spaces, including a 70 seat black box studio theatre

• Deli cafe and bar, open to the public and serving artists and local offices and community  

• Shared resources and working space for costume makers and designers

• Office and administration space for theatre companies, charities and start ups
