A one floor multi-user venue consisting of a main space with large box theatre with infinite performance capabilities, two rehearsal rooms, a foyer, an office, and the famous Umbrella Factory.

202 Eyre Street was the longest lease to date for Deli Sheffield, firstly with the company Aberdeen Standard, then New River Retail. Due to that longevity, it became a community hub, supporting local charities, organisations, and groups.

Sadly like, most arts venue around the world, we lost 1.5 years due to Covid-19 pandemic. But we made some amazing art, memories and friends along the way.
