Thomas Wilson BA MA PGCE (QTS) FHEA is an arts educator, trainer and academic (having taught at all levels of education during his 20-year career, alongside working as a performer and dance/theatre-maker). He is Co-Programme Director of the unique BA (Hons) European Theatre Arts training programme at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance. In this role he oversees the training of the next generation of practitioners, performers and theatre-makers, particularly for collaborative and innovative practices. As Erasmus-lead for the College he is particularly interested in projects and work that crosses borders: geographically, artistically, and culturally.

Thomas has a long-standing interest in governance and its role in empowering organisations and individuals to achieve their aims. He has been a Trustee of Theatre Deli since 2013, becoming Chair in 2016, Co-Chair in 2020 and finally stepping down from the Board in 2021 but continuing to support the Governance subcommittee. He sees this role as an extension of his practice as an arts educator, supporting work that develops others and has a tangible impact on wider communities.
