‘What really is the story of water?’ Water is Attracted to Water is about myths, about molecules, about memories. It’s about the stories we tell ourselves and our enduring love for H2O.

Two performers, a musician and a scientist come together to remember the floods, sing songs, tell stories and do the molecule dance.  We invite you into a world where stories can still be playful and celebratory, even as we struggle to confront difficult truths. We attempt to find a myth of water for the 21st century by drawing, dancing, singing and storytelling through all the possibilities, while Professor Miklas Scholz demonstrates one of his childhood experiments on stage.

Water is Attracted to Water takes its audience on a journey from the first water in the universe through to the most current scientific research on water. It asks, what is your first memory of water? How would you celebrate it?
