On Monday 18th July we will open the doors Theatre Deli's twelfth site to welcome artists and the community to our new London home.

Theatre Deli Leadenhall Street is based across the ground and mezzanine floor of Bankside House, a 7-storey office building built in 1931 by Bankside Investment Trust. The area will be wheelchair accessible, with a virtual tour to come.

Containing 12 studios including space for performances and dance, the former office space with stunning views of the Gherkin will be transformed by visual artist Nicole-Rose Munhawa

The venue will also feature a bar with a chill-out area, communal and hot-desking spaces and a quiet/recharge room.

With a new venue comes new opportunities including: six Designer and Maker residencies (deadline: 27th July), offering free workspace for six months. However, we are also delighted to continue many of our successful programmes, which are all currently open for applications: SHIFT+SPACE (deadline: 5th September), Deli Meets (deadline: 31st July) and Delivision (rolling deadline).

While artists are still able to book and hire space at our current Broadgate venue until Saturday 16th July, we have already opened bookings for space hire after 18th July at the future Leadenhall Street venue.

Join us for the first programme of events at Leadenhall from 22nd - 29th July, when we will share a selection of the best comedy and theatre heading up to the Edinburgh Fringe this year. Find full details of our Edinburgh Fringe Previews line up here
