The Four Horsemen is a satirical comedy which brings the fabled Horsemen of the Apocalypse into the modern world.

‘The Life of Brian meets The Young Ones’. The Four Horsemen struggle to bring about the end of the world as they battle against modern advancements, a demanding management department, and against each other.

Death and War see their lifelong friendship torn apart by jealousy and infighting after War begins a relationship with the upcoming Horsewoman hopeful Addiction. Pestilence introduces the team to his new disease, which sends victims through a dramatic enactment of the Seven Deadly Sins, and Famine struggles to bring together the team in a harmony they haven’t seen since the Dark Ages while also trying to eradicate oranges and mandarins.

The play tackles many complex world events and issues, and problems that are equally important for the Horsemen, such as who ate Death’s Lucky Charms.

About the Company:

Just Some Theatre was founded in 2012 with the simple aim of producing professional theatre productions and providing workshops for young performers. Despite perhaps not being the most opportune time to start a new arts company in the UK, we have grown and developed in many ways.

We work with new writers and highly dedicated theatre performers and creatives. We love engaging with everyone and anyone so get in touch and tell us who you are!
