Shake Off is a new series of commercial style dance sessions, designed to get the body moving confidently and develop movement skills all in one fun, lighthearted environment!

Simple yet sassy steps, Shake Off is a fun fitness workout adapted to fit any body or ability – with the idea of working up a sweat without it feeling like work!

Bounce it to Beyoncé, shake it out to Shakira or grind like Arianna Grande - these sessions are made to be fun, feisty and open to interpretation – so you’re able to make it your own!

*Sessions run for 1 hour including warm up, choreography and cool down.
*Cost per person, per session is just £4 (what a bargain!)
*Sessions start Monday 15th July running every Monday till 23rd September.

About the Facilitator:

Jess Gibson is a Sheffield based performer and choreographer, who has worked with a variety of artists, dance and theatre companies across the UK.

Learning to feel comfortable with feeling uncomfortable drives Jess’ performance work and learning to feel confident in movement and body is something she enjoys developing in her practice.

Jess has just finished solo dance-theatre show “Work in Progress” and is ready to inspire her next class of dancers with positive movement.
