With Indian roots and a lifelong love for movement, Aditi's journey began with Bharatanatyam, a captivating classical dance form. Later, she explored Jazz and Contemporary styles.

Her passion led to a successful dance-inspired e-commerce venture in India (The Dance Bible). However, entrepreneurship took its toll. Yearning to reconnect with the joy of movement, Aditi turned to yoga and Ayurveda. This holistic approach ignited a new passion – helping others thrive through mindful movement.

"Move to Thrive" blends dance, yoga, and breathwork for stress relief, improved energy, and well-being, without the pressure of online fitness trends.
