Are you a disabled, D/deaf actor, writer or theatre maker? In need of a few tips on how best to navigate the industry? Fancy some support from others in the same boat? Then this event is for you.

Lisa Hammond & DANC bring you a round table come speed dating event with a chance to connect up with many other disabled & D/deaf artists for support, sharing of ideas & practical advice.

Lisa Hammond is an actress, writer and theatre maker who has been working in the arts for over 20 years. Lisa will be joining forces with Deli Meets to bring you an evening where you can connect up with other disabled and D/deaf artists for support, to share ideas and get some advice if needed. In Lisa's experience it’s very rare to get an opportunity to be in a space with our disabled or D/deaf peers to share experience’s and reach out to support each other.  4 established disabled & D/deaf artist’s on 4 different tables, a group of you will get a good amount of time with each one before moving round to the next table, in those sessions you will be free to ‘grill’ the artist! Say, ask or talk about anything in the group (within reason!). With some time at the end of the sessions to mingle and have an informal chat.

Please note there are a limited number of spaces for this event so please sign up and please do inform us of any access requirements.
