For this iteration of Deli Meets, we'll be focusing on Mental Health within the arts world and what we can do to practice self care and remain mindful in such an ever changing and sometimes fragile industry.

Helping us with this theme, multi-award winning comedian, performer, actress, writer, presenter and ex-BBC Broadcast Journalist, Juliette Burton will be performing live in the Deli Bar.

Juliette has a lifelong history of mental health difficulties. She has been diagnosed with OCD, acute anxiety, manic depression, bipolar, anorexia, bulimia, compulsive overeating disorder. She has experienced psychosis and agoraphobia as well as social anxiety disorder.

Juliette is an ambassador for ReThink Mental Illness and a supporter, fundraiser and campaigner for mental health charities such as Mind and B-eat.

Following her show, Juliette will be leading a Q&A which will be an opportunity for the audience to ask questions about her performance and Juliette's experiences with mental health in the arts. We encourage you to stay for networking afterwards, remember your first drink is on us!

Tickets are £5 (your first drink is free!)

50% of proceeds will go to Mind, the mental health charity.
